1. Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to learn about Series One and reserve a build slot, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
2. What we've done
- Text and interactive elements meet WCAG AA color contrast ratios against their backgrounds.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to main content" link.
- Pages use semantic headings, landmarks and labels, and illustrations have text alternatives.
- Form fields have visible labels. Errors are described in text next to the field and summarized at the top of the form, and announced to screen readers.
- Animations respect your operating system's "reduce motion" setting, and no content flashes.
- Layouts adapt to screen widths from 320 pixels and support browser zoom up to 400% without loss of content.
- Touch targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels.
3. Compatibility
The Site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge) and with screen readers including VoiceOver, NVDA and JAWS. It relies on HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Core content remains readable if JavaScript is unavailable.
4. Known limitations
The vehicle illustrations are simplified drawings, so fine visual details are described in text in the specifications section rather than in the images themselves. If you find any other barrier, please tell us.
5. Feedback and help
If you have trouble using any part of the Site, or need information in a different format, email [email protected]. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We'll reply within five business days and, if you'd like, help you complete your reservation another way.
6. How we assess accessibility
We test the Site with automated tools, keyboard-only navigation, screen readers and browser zoom, and review it whenever we make significant changes. This statement was last reviewed on the date shown at the top of this page.
